Recovered Property

On Thursday, April 27, 2023, members of the Haralson-Paulding Drug Task force and the Haralson County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Suppression Unit went to 3089 Morgan Road looking for a wanted person. The wanted person was not at the property, but Sgt. McAdams observed a motorcycle in plain view that was spraypainted black with stripped wires hanging from the handlebars and no ignition switch. The motorcycle was run through the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) and came back stolen out of Paulding County. The property owner then asked for the other three motorcycles in the yard to be checked to see if they were stolen, one of them also came back as stolen from Paulding County.

Dustin Boyd Harper, a 32-year-old W/M out of Bremen, GA was arrested and is facing two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
